Dennis is a graduate of Gulfport High School, the University of Mississippi (B.B.A., 1978) and Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., 1984). He is author of the Mississippi Chapter, Lobbying, PACs and Campaign Finance: 50 State Handbook published by West Group. Dennis is a member of the Board of Directors of the State Capital Global Law Firm Group which is an association of independent law firms located in all 50 U.S. state capitals and in business major commercial centers around the world. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, in the Energy Law and Government Relations Law Sections.
