As a client, you will receive:

  1. Responsive Service:  We believe effective communication is vital to a successful client-attorney relationship. We will respond to your questions and requests for information or updates within one business day following your inquiry.
  2. Timely Communication: We understand that your matter/case is extremely important. We will notify you regarding changes in your case within one business day of learning of the change. We are happy to establish regularly scheduled updates at times that are convenient to you.
  3. An Invoice You Can Read and Understand: Fees are obviously part of the client-attorney relationship, but they should not be a source of contention. If you have questions regarding your invoice, we do not expect you to pay until your questions are answered.
  4. Explanation of the Process: Whether it is the billing process or the judicial process, we want you to be informed about your matter/case. You will receive an engagement letter outlining the scope of our representation and fees associated with your matter/case.
  5. Competent and Professional Representation: Your needs are unique, and you deserve an attorney who will work with you to get the best possible outcome. Your attorney is required to abide by continuing education requirements and the code of ethics and conduct established by The Mississippi Bar.
  6. Respect: We will respect your time, your privacy, and your opinion. You are the client and we work for you.
  7. Peace of Mind: Legal matters are stressful in and of themselves. Dealing with your attorney should not add to your stress level. We are on your side and we will take ownership of the matters you entrust to us.
