The firm is extremely proud to announce that the Jackson office will be moving from its current location at 633 North State Street to The Pinnacle at Jackson Place upon its completion in late 2008. The Pinnacle at Jackson Place will serve as the cornerstone of Jackson, Mississippi's downtown revival, and Watkins Ludlam is excited to be part of this Class A facility. The nine-story, 194,000 square foot property will sit at the corner of Capitol and Lamar Streets, and anchor the transformation of an entire city block in the Capital City's business district to be known as Jackson Place. The design, materials and amenities will make this one of the finest structures in the region and as the name implies, it will be the pinnacle of office space in downtown Jackson. The Pinnacle is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2008.
