WLWS Attorney J. Andrew (Andy) Gipson elected to represent District 77 On November 6, 2007 Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis Attorney Andy Gipson was elected to represent District 77 in the Mississippi House of Representatives. Gipson, who is an Associate with the firm, defeated the incumbent in the Republican primary and went on to defeat the Democratic challenger in the general election by carrying 58% of the votes.
