Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, P.A. congratulates Mark T. Davis on being selected for inclusion into Who's Who Legal: USA - Real Estate 2006.  Who's Who Legal: USA-Real Estate 2006 seeks to identify private practice lawyers with a proven track record in providing advice to clients including tenants, investors and developers on all aspects of buying, selling, leasing, developing and manage real estate. Practitioners listed in this guide are able to counsel clients including developers, banks, hoteliers, institutions, public authorities and REITs on issues including real estate investment, development, occupancy, borrowing, and lending. Questionnaires were distributed to real estate lawyers and specialists across the United States that were nominated by their peers. Answers were analyzed, vetted, weighted and cross-referenced.  Telephone and face-to-face interviews were conducted to aid in refining the listing to a selection of only 316 lawyers who, by general agreement, are considered to be pre-eminent in the legal real estate field.
