Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, P.A. has been recognized as a top Mississippi law firm in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers, a recently published directory listing the nation's leading business practitioners across a variety of legal areas. 

In the 2003-2004 edition of  Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers, Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, P.A. was ranked #1 for its Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate practices. Shareholders David B. Grishman and Thomas B. Shepherd III were included as top attorneys in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice category.  Shareholders Mark T. Davis and Jim B. Tohill were included as top attorneys in the Real Estate practice category.  

Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers, a prominent directory in Europe that has entered the U.S. market, bases its rankings on market research into the strengths and reputations of U.S. attorneys and law firms. For the current directory, over 4,500 interviews were conducted with clients and attorneys across the nation. The qualities on which rankings are assessed include technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial awareness/astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.
