Peyton S. Irby, a shareholder in our Jackson office, has been elected a Fellow by the Governors of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Inc. He was recently inducted into membership at the American Bar Association's annual meeting in San Diego.
Irby is a graduate of Mississippi State University (B.S., 1967) and the University of Mississippi (J.D., 1970). He focuses his practice in labor matters, NLRB litigation, employment law and related litigation.
