OSHA DEVELOPMENTS CORRECTION

In our previous enews letter we stated that the OSHA 300A (Summary of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses) must be osted for 60 days, from February 1, 2004 to April 30, 2004. The posting period of February 1, 2004 to April 30, 2004 is actually three (3) full months, or 90 rather than 60 days.
