Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, PA has experience in the representation of utility and non-utility clients in matters originating before the Mississippi Public Service Commission (MPSC). The Firm also represents clients in matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Attorneys in the Public Utilities Practice Group have experience in matters pertaining to: electric utility regulation, natural gas regulation, water and sewer regulation and telecommunications regulation. In addition, our attorneys represent clients in certificate matters and sale and transfer matters. Forums include all state and federal courts, when necessary.
